With 20+ years of HR and Recruiting experience with employers that include Nordstrom.com, Wyndham Destinations (now Travel + Leisure), AAA, and Premera Blue Cross, I've done my fair share of talent sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing. I've trained, coached, and mentored hiring managers in how to find the right talent for their teams. I’ve counseled and coached individuals towards strengths and career paths. 

With industry experience spanning e-commerce, travel, hospitality, and insurance, I am familiar with a vast grouping of jobs and the key capabilities one should showcase whether entry-level or senior level.  I can craft your unique professional story in a manner that engages them, no matter your background.

Outside of work you might find me enjoying a glass of Washington wine with friends, grabbing some quiet time with my partner at our cabin located in the south Puget Sound, or sitting on a couch with a cat on my lap.
